I saw it on the television, they would send bladder pads and pants directly to the Medicaid senior in a brown unmarked package, but I didn't get the phone number

Find Care & Housing
If your mom is on Medicaid you can ask her case worker if they have a preferred vendor in her area. Then you can set it up with that vendor to deliver supplies on a schedule or when you call.

You can probably use any vendor, like the one you saw on tv, but if there is a local source that your Medicaid office likes, that seems to me simplest.

Most suppliers of incontince products will take care of a claim to Medicaid. Or contact Medicaid about how to process the request, but you will probably need power or attorney to do this.

If you are looking for convenience, you can find everything, other than fresh food, on Amazon and it will be delivered. I could not have made it through the past few years without Amazon. Every type of incontinence product can be found along with many helpful reviews. Their prime program includes 2 day delivery for a set fee per year.

Before you do any of the above, check with your insurance plan. Do they provide incontinence supplies? At cost? Reduced cost or free with a doctor's approval? You might have easy access that way.

If insurance does not cover, then shop for price. I buy Mom's depends at Costco and every few months they have them at a reduced price.

Hi - I just set up a monthly delivery of supplies to my mom's ALF. Now I won't get a call that she's run out - I live an hour away so there's not much I can do when I get a call.
