Explaining what you mean by this would go a long way in getting answers.
But I will say this
Many people especially older people are OVERMEDICATED.
Doctors change, people see multiple doctors, prescriptions change and quite often the prescriptions get ADDED to when a new one is added and the older one still remains as a "refillable" prescription.
And often the manufacturer of the prescription changes and the pill looks different so that adds to confusion. It may look like another one that is being taken so double doses are probable.
Your mother may not need all the meds she is on.
She may actually do better if some were removed.
I have always said I trust a Pharmacist when asking about medications. I would bring a list of meds AND over the counter supplements and ask the Pharmacist are there any that should not be taken together. What is the best time of day to take each one of these.
And next trip to the doctor ask What ones are unnecessary.

So my questions would be...does she really need these medications at her age? And are you expecting her to take them on her own or is there someone there to give them to her? Or is she now having trouble swallowing, and perhaps needs liquid medications or those that can be crushed and put into applesauce or pudding?
Or perhaps your mother is just ready to leave this world for the next and doesn't want to prolong that process anymore. I mean, who can blame her, as at 95 I'm sure she's more than tired and ready to be done with this life. I know I would be.
