Cat, I am a past client
The entire team of Comfort Keepers of Kalispell provided my mom, her husband and me with wonderful care until they could no longer stay in their home. Living 2000 miles away from them provided some unique challenges as it became apparent that they were having difficulty managing their day-to-day activities. They began having issues with bathing, cooking, and shopping for necessities. When going to doctor's appointments, memory issues, and worsening health problems started, I struggled to find a solution. Then I remembered a highly regarded organization here in Maine called Comfort Keepers. I checked online and discovered there was an office in Kalispell. Mom enjoyed the company of the caregivers as they helped around the house, took her for walks, or simply baked cookies with her. In addition to receiving excellent care, an added benefit was that she was socializing again which hadn't happened in years. I was pleasantly surprised when one of the caregivers actually got mom's husband in the shower! No easy feat, believe me. He then grew to accept their assistance and along with that came trust. One day, shortly after they moved into an Assisted Living facility, one of the caregivers actually stopped by and had lunch with them. Now that's dedication! I would recommend Comfort Keepers not just for the services they offer, but for the way they offer the services! Kindness, compassion, devotion, and skill equally.

The people at Comfort Keepers of Kalispell are very nice. The 2nd lady that came out couldn't get my mother to stand to do her exercises and felt if she helped her up she would hurt her. So, not sure on her, but at least until my mother can stand with no help. And I feel the price of $23 an hour and doing nothing but sitting is a little too high.

We just signed the contract with Comfort keepers of Kalispell. The woman who will work with my mother is from a family that my mother has know for 50 years so she feels very comfortable with having her in the home. That has been a big worry for my mother, but she is happy knowing that this person wil be the one coming to visit her and also will be the one who recommends someone else if she can't be there.
